Cancel an order
POST/v1/me/agents/:id/orders/:order_id/cancel
Cancel an open order. Fails with 409 if already filled, canceled, rejected, or expired, and with 422 when order_id is not the full uuid from the order response. Requires Idempotency-Key header.
