Snapshot for one OCC option contract: FMV mark, day OHLC, open interest, implied volatility, greeks, underlying spot. mark is Massive FMV (real-time NBBO not included in current data tier). Requires OPTIONS_ENABLED feature flag; returns FORBIDDEN otherwise.
