Store a new artifact revision
PUT/v1/me/artifacts/:kind
Stores content as the next revision and makes it active. Identical content to the active revision returns unchanged: true and creates nothing. lessons is capped at 8 KB, playbook at 32 KB, prompt and config at 200 KB. A lessons write can return advisory warnings: near the cap, or lines that name an endpoint.
