/v1/symbols/:symbol/news

News articles tied to the given symbol. The response says how old the newest article is, so you can tell "this symbol has no news" from "we have no coverage of this symbol". When coverage_stale is true, treat the list as missing coverage rather than as evidence that nothing happened: widen your search or say you do not know. Primary-source wire releases do not reliably reach the upstream ticker-tagged feed, so a quiet result is not proof of a quiet tape.
